Snap Down to 1 Leg Stick 4-5 times each leg

1 Leg Vertical Jump Land 2 Legs 4-5 times starting each leg

1 Leg Vertical Jump Land Other leg 4-5 times each leg

Stationary Bound 5 times each leg

Pistol Squats 10 each leg

Frog Jumps 3 sets of 10 yards

Frog Jump into Sprint 4 sets of 10 yards

Week 3 Day 2

Step Out to Lateral Sprint 4-5 times each side

L – Run 5 times each direction

Mountain Climbers 3 sets of 15-20 reps

Mountain Climbers into Sprint 4-5 times 5-10 yards

Sprint From Stomach 3-4 times 10 yards

Sprint from Back 3-4 times each side
