Sprint to Stick 3 sets of 5-10 yds
Sprint to Back Pedal to Stick 3-4 sets of 5-10 yds
Sprint to Back Pedal to Sprint to Stick 4 sets of 5-10 yds
Single Leg Bridge 3×15-20 each leg
Forward Lunge with Pause then Push Back 3 sets of 10 each leg
Tempo Runs 3 sets of 20 reps
Week 2 Day 2
Cone Jumps to Sprint 3 sets then 5 yard sprint
Lateral Cone Jumps to Sprint 3 sets then 5 yard sprint each side
Cone Jumps Forward 2 Back 1 into Sprint 3 sets then 5 yard sprint
Lateral Drop Step Pause then Pushback 3 sets of each drill each side
Lateral Drop Step Reactive 3 sets of each drill each side
6 Cone Drill 5-10 yards 3 sets each side
6 Cone Drill 10-5 yards 3 sets each side
