Pistol Squats 10 each leg
Frog Jump 3 sets of 10 yards
Frog Jump into Sprint 4 sets of 10 yards
Week 3 Day 2
Step Into Lateral Sprint 4-5 times each side
L – Run 5 times each direction
Mountain Climbers 3 sets of 15-20 reps
Mountain Climbers into Sprint 4-5 times 5-10 yards
Sprint From Stomach 3-4 times 10 yards
Sprint from Back 3-4 times each side
